WARRI—FORMER Minister of Police Affairs in the administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, has advised President Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to ignore his former boss and focus on educating the electorate on the developmental strides of the Jonathan administration.
Amb. Rufus Akeju, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Oyo State, says any voter caught with fake Permanent Voter Card (PVC) during the general elections will be prosecuted. Akeju, who spoke to the newsmen in Ibadan on Sunday, vowed that

Two Chieftains of the PDP on Sunday in Lagos described Saturday’s statement by former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s against President Goodluck Jonathan as unsavoury. Obasanjo had in reaction to the postponement of the Feb. 14 polls, alleged that it was done to further the interest of President Goodluck Jonathan
Chief Olabode George. a former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP and Prince Buruji Kashamuu, Chairman, Organisation and Mobilisation Committee of the PDP South West, condemned the statement. Addressing separate press conferences in Lagos, the PDP chieftains expressed dismay over Obasanjo’s verbal attacks on the president.
Bode George, who called for caution, said “

Governor of Sokoto State and Chairman of the All
Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council
in the North-West, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, has
advised his Jigawa State counterpart, Governor Sule
Lamido, to respect his age by guarding his public
utterances as it regards politics in the country.
The Jigawa governor was reported to have said in
Sokoto on Monday that some governors who benefited
from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have now
become betrayers of the party following their defection
to APC.

During his media briefing yesterday, Gen. Buhari
mentioned two prominent Nigerians he went to school
with, former president of the Court of Appeal, Justice
Umaru Abdullahi and former inspector-general of
police, Alhaji Ibrahim Coomassie. The two men have
spoken to the media confirming that they indeed went
to school together.
In an exclusive interview with Leadership, Alhaji
Coomasie said they & about 5 prominent Nigerians
attended the same school.
Coomasie said Buhari was the head boy and loved to
play football during their days in school. He mentioned
the former PCA Justice Abdullahi; Gen Shehu Musa
Yar’Adua; the late Grand Khadi Halilu, and a Second
Republic senator Abdul Ali as some of their classmates.
Coomassie said:
“While we were in school, Buhari was the head boy. He
loves playing football. We were all close friends in
school. After we finished secondary school, General
Buhari decided to join the military, I joined the police
and Justice Abdullahi decided to go to the university.”
“I, the late Shehu Yar’Adua, the late Halilu, a Grand
Khadi in Katsina, Senator Abdul Ali, a Senator in the
2nd Republic and several other attended the same
school”
On his part, Justice Abdullahi described Buhari as a
brilliant student when they were in school, saying he
was Buhari’s classmate from primary to secondary
school, saying:
“I, Buhari and some others had the best results during
our final examinations in secondary school back then.
He was a very brilliant student in school, no doubt; we
attended the same school from primary to secondary
school.”

Ex-Niger Delta militant, Asari-Dokubo has vowed to
retaliate the attack carried out by some hoodlums on
President Jonathan’s convoy during his campaign rally
in Katsina state yesterday Jan. 20th. At a press
conference in Abuja today Asari-Dokubo said for every
action, there will be an opposite and equal reaction. He
called on the Igbos in the north to come home, saying
failure to do so and they’ll have themselves to blame.
He said Shekau is a man like himself and that he does
not have the monopoly to kill or destroy
“There is an established pattern of pre and post-
election violence in the north. In the 50s when late
Awolowo was campaigning in the north, he went with
helicopters and he was mocked. People said he was
flying over the houses and peeping at their wives.
That has continued and everywhere in the country,
people say leave them alone. We don’t want any
trouble. But I think the game has changed. The rules of
the game have changed. “For every action, there will be
an opposite and equal reaction. I knew that the signing
of the accord was useless and that the president
subjected himself to sign such an accord… for me, it
was out of place for a president and commander in
chief of the armed forces of a country. But the
president is a humble person. He does things that even
marvel some of us and make us sometimes to be very
angry. To be frank, I was very angry on that day they
were signing it.
The president has sworn to protect the lives of every
Nigerian. So, why would he after taking a constitutional
oath subject himself to another oath? So what
happened in Katsina is not a surprise. But don’t be
surprised. We are putting the world on notice that they
have started first. When we reply, let no body talk
because we are going to reply. We did not sign any
accord with them. They did not sign. They are talking
about election violence now because they know that
other people will respond. Before, they had the
monopoly of violence, so nobody cared who died. Our
lives were not valuable and they had all the latitude to
wreck havoc and did what they liked. But the game has
changed. Be bold enough to tell them that game has
changed.
If they slice our throat, we are going to slice your
throat. They stoned the president, you will hear from
us. That’s the answer. My concern is what happens
after the election because we know they will do what
they are known to do every time. But this time, they will
cry. So all Igbo people who are there, if you don’t come
back home and you want to continue to be there and
something happens to you, there is nobody to be
blamed. If you have a child who is a youth corper and
you allow him to be there, you will not hold anybody
responsible.” He said
He maintained his position that in next month’s
election, saying President Jonathan will win
“There is no way Goodluck will not win the election. We
will win them and we know they are preparing for
violence in consonance with some foreign powers.
When they do that, we will respond disproportionately.
We will respond. That’s what we are going to do. If you
hit me with a stick, I am going to hit you with iron. I am
not speaking in riddles. I am speaking in plain
language. My English may not be very good. I am
speaking in my own street language. We are going
respond disproportionately and we are unapologetic.
The people who are in Katsina who did not hold their
children should also know that I will not hold my
children. I assure you, nothing will happen anywhere if
they do not initiate violence. Did we ask them to stone
the president yesterday? Do you want us to fold our
arms so that they will kill him? Let them stop the
violence. When they do, we will stop. A situation where
Shekau will stand and say Niger Delta we are coming
for you. Goodluck I am coming for you. You are a man
and I am a man. We are going to look at each other
eyeball to eyeball. You can shoot and I can shot. You
can kill and I can kill. You can destroy and I can
destroy. The question is not for me. It is for Buhari, el-
Rufai, Shekau. They are the people you have to direct
this question to. Go and ask Buhari why he allowed his
people to stone the president and commander-in-chief
in Katsina. There must be balance of terror. One person
does not have the prerogative to kill, maim and
destroy.” he said.

Governor Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu of Niger State, has
denied reports that he begged a former military
president, General Ibrahim Babangida, to convince his
deputy, Ahmed Musa Ibeto and others, who recently
defected to the All Progressives Congress, to return to
the Peoples Democratic Party.

The governor dismissed the reports yesterday when the
Federation of Advocates for Fair, Credible and Peaceful
Election led by elder statesman, Alhaji Tanko Yakassai,
paid him a courtesy visit at Government House, Minna.
Aliyu said it was not unusual to see politicians
decamping during electioneering periods, adding that
those who defected had the right to do so.
“They said I went to IBB over those who defected. I
have passed the stage of begging anybody. Every
politician is free to decide on which party he wants to
belong to. Let me however plead that nobody should
victimize anybody for the political decision they made.
“I have no reason to hate my deputy over his decision
to move to the opposition party. We have had a good
working relationship since 2007 and it will remain so
even after we leave government in May. By now people
have made up their minds on the party they will cast
their votes for. We must therefore accept the results of
the forthcoming elections. Do not be annoyed with your
brother based on his new found political interest. Power
belongs to God and He chooses whom to give”, Aliyu
said.
He also called on politicians not to discriminate or
victimize, insisting that politics must be approached
without bitterness, and fighting within and outside party
platforms should be discouraged.

The Obanema of Opume Kingdom in Bayelsa State,
HRH King A. J. Turner has cautioned Nigerians to think
twice before they ‘chase’ President Goodluck Jonathan
out of office in the February 14 presidential elections on
the grounds of his tribe or religion, because they might
end up regretting their actions later.
The monarch, who gave the warning when he played
host to a pro-democracy group, United Summit Friends
Development Association (USFDA) in his Abuja
residence yesterday, said, “Nigerians will regret if they
chase President Goodluck Jonathan out of office. They
should vote him in next month’s presidential election for
continuity of development.
“But if they must chase Jonathan out of office, it
shouldn’t be because of sentiments. It is quite a
challenging time for Mr President and I will always
support any cause that will promote President
Jonathan’s re-election. I thank you for finding me
worthy to be your grand patron. I can’t promise that I
can take you to see Mr President at this time. If he
returns as president, there will be enough time for you
to see him so that he will thank you for your
contributions. Every deed will be rewarded”, King Turner
said.
Speaking earlier, the chairman of the central working
committee of USFDA, Rt Hon Jerome P. Isangedighi,
thanked King Turner for the warm reception accorded
the association in spite of his tight schedule.
He said as part of USFDA’s contributions to President
Jonathan’s re-election, the association would embark
on grassroots campaign to the 774 local governments
to sensitise Nigerians on the need to return Jonathan as
president in the February poll.
HRH King Turner, was later decorated with the regalia
of the association and president with the certificate of
the Grand Patron of United Summit Friends
Development Association.

enate President, David Mark, on Friday assured that in
spite of the apprehension surrounding the conduct of
the February general elections, the exercise would be
peaceful and the outcome ‘cheering’ to all Nigerians.
A statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the
Senate President, Paul Mumeh, said that Mark stated
this while receiving the United States Ambassador to
Nigeria, Mr. James Entwistle, who was on a courtesy
visit to his office in Abuja.
Mark also told his guests that the Independent National
Electoral Commission had been well equipped with
necessary tools and personnel for the polls and that
Nigerians are also ready.
He said, “Nigerians are ready for the elections. Our
citizens are now more conscious of their rights and
indeed the values of their votes. What we expect from
our friends and the international community is support
and cooperation.
“Security challenge is there but we have intensified
efforts and our security operatives now equipped to
contain the situation.
“So far, Nigerians are desirous of a peaceful conduct of
the elections. I’m sure the outcome would be cheering
to all”.
The senate president also expressed the hope that the
exercise would be interesting even as he commended
the government and people of the US for the support to
Nigeria especially towards the election.
In his remarks, the ambassador noted that Nigeria was
heading towards a great democratic exercise in 2015,
which the global community was looking forward to
with keen interest.
Mr. Entwistle also stressed the need for a violent-free
election and expressed satisfaction that all the leading
presidential candidates for the polls had signed an
agreement for a violent-free election next month.

The Oyo State chapter of All Progressives Congress,
APC, on Friday in Ibadan, the state capital, asked the
former Governor of the state and gubernatorial
candidate of Accord Party in next month’s general
elections, Senator Rashidi Ladoja to “tender an
unreserved apology to the people and hurriedly return
the remaining money and all the government properties
in his possession”.
The call came on the heels of the controversies
surrounding the alleged refund of over N500million to
the coffers of Oyo State Government by the former
governor through the Economic and Financial Crimes
and Commission (EFCC) following plea bargaining.
Few days ago, Governor Abiola Ajimobi had claimed
that the Oyo State Government had received
N500million from the former governor as part of a plea
bargain deal he entered into with the EFCC over the on-
going corruption litigation, which has been said to be
threatening his governorship ambition but Ladoja
fought back, demanding a retraction and unreserved
apology from the governor. He subsequently instructed
his lawyer to institute a N1billion libel suit against the
governor.
But the APC, in a statement issued by its Director of
Publicity and Strategy, Olawale Sadare, described
Ladoja as “a shameless jester in the field of politics
who was only trying to hang on to the remnants of his
political war chest to enable him get more patronage
from Dr. Goodluck Jonathan having entered into an
agreement with the President’s wife, Dame Patience
Jonathan, to mobilize his Accord Party members in
support of the PDP in the February 28, 2015 elections”.
The statement read in part: “From legal, moral and
ethical perspectives, Sen. Rashidi Ladoja has
established himself as unfit to govern Oyo State again.
It will go down in the history of this nation that a
voracious character like him once threw shame into the
wind and tried to hold the people of the state into
ransom for finding him unworthy of their trust.
“With admittance of guilt by employing plea bargaining
option over a corruption case against him, Ladoja
stands unqualified to seek the people’s mandate. With
his latest pranks in the mode of playing the Ostrich
after he had forced the state government to make
public the damning evidences of his plea bargaining
deal, he has a moral burden on his neck and by seeking
to denigrate our traditional institution at all times, he
has failed a simple challenge of ethics.
“So, no interpreter is needed to explain to Ladoja the
reason behind his rapidly declining support from the
people. In his personal pictures on campaign posters;
people see exhaustion, covetousness and
hopelessness. In his jingles on the airwaves, people
perceive grand delusion and folly as well as abuse of
Yoruba language. More so, he nailed the coffin of his
party recently when he submitted names of ghost
members as candidates in the coming elections.
“However, there are some options for self-redemption
before the former governor if he cares to know; he can
do well by tendering an unreserved apology to the
people of the state over his numerous betrayal of their
trust. He should endeavour to return all the public
monies and properties he looted while in government.
And lastly, he should withdraw from politics and attend
to long abandoned issues of concern in his family and
private businesses”.

Governor of Niger State, Dr. Babangida Aliyu, on Friday
said that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would
not allow desperate politicians to take over the affairs
of the country this year, adding that the party would
campaign hard and ensure victory for its candidates, so
that they would continue the transformation of the
county.
He also described those who left the PDP for the All
Progressives Congress (APC) as selfish politicians, who
don’t have the interest of the country at heart.
Aliyu spoke in Mangu Council, Plateau State, during the
official flag-off campaign for Senator Gyang Pwajok,
the PDP gubernatorial candidate of Plateau.
“In the PDP, we cannot succumb to cheap blackmail
with people who can’t play politics the way it is
supposed to be played. The PDP has done a lot in
transforming the country and would continue to do so.
We are calling on the people of the state to come out en
masse come February 14 to vote for President
Goodluck Jonathan”, Aliyu said.
Also speaking at the occasion, Benue State Governor,
Gabriel Suswan, said the North Central Zone would
ensure victory for President Jonathan at the February
14 presidential elections.
“We in the North Central are like a family and we would
deliver our President”, he said and urged people in the
zone to forget about the propaganda of the APC and
work for the victory of the PDP.
“Our presidential candidate, Goodluck Jonathan, has
the interest of the country at heart and would continue
transforming the nation if he is re-elected”, Suswam
added.
The Senate President, David Mark, who was the
chairman of the occasion, said the PDP would win with
transparent votes in the forthcoming elections. “North
Central is for President Jonathan and we will continue
to support him and the party always”, he said and
cautioned youths against playing politics of violence.
The senate president also enjoined them to get their
Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) so that they won’t be
disenfranchised at the polls.
The gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in the state, Mr.
Pwajok, in his speech, called on people of the state to
work for victory of the party in next month’s elections.
He also tasked citizens of the state to always be their
brothers’ keepers regardless of tribe and religion and
pledged to consolidate on the achievements of the
incumbent governor, Mr. Jonah Jang.
The Director General of Pwajok Campaign
Organisation, Mr. Daniel Kungmi, who also spoke at the
occasion, said Plateau has been a traditional home of
the PDP and would not afford to fail the party this time
around.
According to him, “We would go from door to door to
campaign for our party and ensure victory for President
Goodluck Jonathan and Pwajok. We would ensure that
we deliver President Goodluck Jonathan with over two
million votes”.

You splashed on her favourite fragrance, booked the
best suite for the wedding night, and celebrated your
union in every way possible, all because you were
thrilled about starting a new episode of life with her.
But, once you became “man and wife”, why is your
bond becoming dreary? What is now stopping those
butterflies in your stomach that were there earlier
during your dating days? The shift from being “lovers”
to a “married couple” brings certain changes in your
equation (for better or for worse!). But, wouldn’t you
wish to go back to those days where you were just her
“boyfriend”? We are sure she secretly desires the same
as well. So, here is how you can beat those marital
qualms just by being her boyfriend all over again.

#1 “Re-treasure” her presence
When was the last time you said, “I’m lucky to have you
in my life” after getting the “Married” tag? Or, when
was the last time you whispered “Gosh! You look
stunning” to the mother of your kids? We realise that
your chaotic lifestyle keeps you busy. But does that
mean you will overlook those goodbye kisses and
praises that made her feel loved and treasured? You
just have to be your old self and your love life will get
back on track. Do all those unusual little things that
once made her feel special and admired.

#2 Spend time on yourself
Earlier on, you always turned up impeccably dressed,
shaved and groomed while you were going out with her,
right? Just because you are now living together,
doesn’t mean you stop putting in efforts to look smart
and well-groomed. Just like in “those” days, when you
loved to see her in that little black dress, she too loved
it when you wore that blue t-shirt with denims. So, once
in a while keep the formals at bay, and dress to impress
her.

#3 Hold her
Before marriage, you always looked for an excuse to
hold her hand or steal away a simple hug. But now, you
hardly get time to whisper sweet nothings, leave alone
anything else. While you are out with family or
watching TV at home, hold her and see what magic it
does for your bond. Just putting your arm around her
shoulder or holding her hand can do wonders for your
relationship.

#4 Get as adventurous as you were
Demanding work schedules take a toll on your love life.
But that doesn’t mean you will stop planning things to
do together. Just try to recall a shared passion, like
listening to music, hiking, travelling, clubbing or
exercising. The shared activities will bring you closer,
and reignite the dying spark. It will help you reconnect
with each other and prevent your marriage from
becoming boring.

#5 Surprise text messages
While you two were dating, you used to sent her
hundreds of “I love you” texts during the day. But now
you can go on for days without expressing it. It is time
to be her beau again with those magical words. Even if
you are too busy to verbalise them, you always have
opportunity to send her love notes through text.
Something like, “Fantasising about you!” or “How is
your day going?” will build that flirty momentum you
had during your dating days. Even a wink via text can
make her day special.

With a simple technique, psychologist Arthur Aron made
two strangers fall in love.
If you’ve been crushing on someone for quite
sometime, then this is the news that you want to hear.
Because contrary to those feelings of doubt, there is a
real possibility that you can, finally, get your crush into
your clutches.
In the New York Times this past weekend, Mandy Len
Catron, wrote about psychologist Arthur Aron, and how,
with a simple technique, he made two strangers fall in
love. She also wrote about how she applied it to her
own life and — voila! — magic there, as well.
Dr. Aaron’s study was all about questions and staring.
The two participants in the study were to sit facing each
other while answering a series of questions about
death, family relationships, dreams, love, and so on.
Each question got more and more personal, with the
final question, or rather statement, being, “Share a
personal problem and ask your partner’s advice on how
he or she might handle it. Also, ask your partner to
reflect back to you how you seem to be feeling about
the problem you have chosen.” After that part of the
experiment was finished, the two were to stare into
each other’s eyes for four minutes.
It might seem simple, but what it’s really doing is
opening up a path to honesty and communication
through intimacy. The strangers in that initial study
ended falling in love and were married six months later.
So, with that as her inspiration, Catron, did the same
with a “university acquaintance,” and had the same
results.
But before we go crazy and start chasing Ryan Gosling
down the streets, begging for him to look into our eyes
for four minutes, take a step back. As with all things in
life, there’s no guarantee. But what the experiment
does do is “generate trust and intimacy, the feelings
love needs to thrive,” and that makes for a great
jumping off point. There’s also something really
intense about staring into the eyes of someone for four
minutes. As Catron noted:
“I’ve skied steep slopes and hung from a rock face by a
short length of rope, but staring into someone’s eyes
for four silent minutes was one of the more thrilling and
terrifying experiences of my life. I spent the first couple
of minutes just trying to breathe properly. There was a
lot of nervous smiling until, eventually, we settled in. I
know the eyes are the windows to the soul or whatever,
but the real crux of the moment was not just that I was
really seeing someone, but that I was seeing someone
really seeing me.”
When it comes down to is being open. When we reveal
ourselves we’re allowing someone to get inside and
sort of rummage around, and when they open up, we
get to do the same. We get the complicated stuff out of
the way; we skip the drama, and see each other for who
and what we really are. This isn’t always easy in
today’s world, so when we make the time to do it, it
strikes us.
Will you fall in love by answering 36 questions then
staring into the eyes of someone for four minutes? I
don’t know. But what I do know is that there’s nothing
wrong with trying—and you and a partner can here —
and if it doesn’t happen, then maybe you should just
chalk it up to something else.
“Love didn’t happen to us,” wrote Catron, “We’re in love
because we each made the choice to be.” But I think we
can all agree that the experiment helped.

Oh, the secrets men keep from women. Wouldn’t you
like to know what goes on inside that head of his?
There are a lot of things about men that will always be
a mystery to women, but we’ve been listening in on
locker room conversations and we’ve learned a few
surprising things about men that you never knew. Here
are a few of the secrets that men keep from women.

1. MEN THINK WOMEN WITH NO MAKEUP ARE SEXY

And most women would die before they let a man catch
them without their face on! But apparently, the joke’s
on us, gals. Despite all our effort, men are saying they
prefer a more natural look. Does this mean he really
likes how you look before you put on the war paint? Or
does he just think he prefers the natural look because
he has no idea what the real you really looks like?
Although women spend thousands of dollars every year
on beauty products – in large part so they can enhance
their appearance to impress men- men say that they
hate lipstick transfer when they kiss you, and they think
all that “eye-junk” and stuff makes you look fake.
Young ethnic couple in love
There are a few other things men think are sexy that
women will find surprising:
Soft tummies. What?! Here we are killing ourselves for
flat abs and they really like a little pooch in the belly?
No way! But…yes way. Soft curves and rounded
stomachs are a turn-on for men. They like for women
to feel soft, feminine and cuddly. It makes them feel
protective and affectionate, as well as making them feel
like they don’t have to be so perfect if you aren’t
perfect. They also say that sometimes those chicks
with hard bodies and six-pack abs are too intimidating.
Drinking beer. Did you think you were sexy and
sophisticated sipping from a straw in that pink drink
with the umbrella? Relax a little and order a beer
instead. Men feel like a girl who drinks beer is more
approachable, probably more fun to hang out with, than
women who drink more elegant beverages. Maybe this
one isn’t really all that surprising. Think about it- put his
two favorite things together and of course he’s turned
on! Hot girls and beer? All in one? He’s probably
drooling.
Granny panties. Wearing matching, lacy lingerie is the
first step in our plan of seduction. Women carefully
select just the right sexy bra and panties set to wear
any time there’s a possibility of getting undressed in
front of a man. Who would have thought that plain white
cotton drawers would be such a turn-on for guys? It
gives a man a sense of pride and accomplishment to
get you out of your clothes and find you in plain
underwear, because it shows him you weren’t planning
to have s*x and he’s just so attractive and good at
seduction that you couldn’t resist.

2. MOST MEN WHO CHEAT USUALLY STILL LOVE
THEIR WIVES.

You might think that if a man has an affair with another
woman that means he doesn’t love his wife anymore.
Men become dissatisfied with their lives and seek
something new and different usually to restore their
own self-confidence. They may feel less important
when kids and careers take priority with their wives,
they may feel ashamed of their own financial
shortcomings, or feel like they are missing out on the
fun of their former single lifestyle. Stepping out with
another woman doesn’t necessarily mean he wants out
of his marriage. So if you’re the “other woman” waiting
for him to leave his wife who “doesn’t understand him,”
– don’t hold your breath. And if you’re the wife, just
because you know he still loves you doesn’t mean you
have to accept a cheater.

3. THEY ALL FALL FOR THE FAKE CLIMAX.

Sometimes it seems like it has gone on forever and
he’s never going to quit. If you are ready to just roll
over and go to sleep already, you can fairly easily
convince him that he is a wonderful lover who has
given you a fantastic climax so he’ll finish up and let
you get your beauty rest. He is so ready to believe that
he is the world’s greatest lover that there isn’t a man
alive who can see through a fake climax. All it takes is
a little moaning and squirming, some “Oh, baby, oh, my
god,” and a couple of Kegel exercises and he thinks
he’s the man- which spurs him on to get his and get it
over with.

4. MEN ARE PROUD OF THEIR PAYCHECKS

It all goes back to the caveman days when the man
would hunt mammoth and bring home meat to the
cave. He feels like he’s not a “real man” unless he’s the
provider, even if he’s not really an old-fashioned guy.
Sure, he believes in women’s rights and supports you in
your career, but if your paycheck is bigger than his, he
feels less of a man.

5. GUYS ACTUALLY LIKE FIXING THINGS AROUND THE
HOUSE.

Still on the caveman philosophy, men feel proud of
themselves if they fix the sagging cabinet door or re-
grout the bathroom tile. Don’t mix up fixing things with
doing chores, though. Taking out the trash doesn’t give
them the same sense of accomplishment as fixing the
leaky sink, so plan on having to keep nagging him to do
that.

6. YES, HE WAS LOOKING AT HER

So you’re strolling down the sidewalk hand-in-hand with
your boyfriend and along comes one of those really hot
girls that make you feel like the ugly stepsister. She’s
strutting her stuff in a low-cut top or some Daisy
Dukes, and your head automatically turns to check and
see if your guy has noticed her. Go ahead and hiss that
whispered question every woman asks at one time or
another: “Were you looking at her?”
Well, of course he was looking at her. It doesn’t mean
he wants to let go of your hand and go after her. It just
means that every man is born with built-in “babe radar”
and there’s no “Off” button. A man’s eyes are geared to
magnetically stray towards the sight of legs and
cleavage. And if you don’t see him looking, it just
means that he has excellent peripheral vision.

7. ALL MEN SECRETLY WISH THEY WERE KIDS
AGAIN.

No matter how long he’s been wearing a suit to work,
no matter how responsible he is about paying bills, he
really wishes he was 15 again. They might not play
video games anymore or ride a skateboard, but no man
ever truly leaves behind the kid he was, even when he
seems like a mature adult.
